Office Status: On-Site
Salary: Up to $190,000

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage risk as 1st LoD by products and risk categories
  • Align strategic, capital and financial plans to risk management goals
  • Perform loan classification
  • Perform portfolio monitoring at transactional level
  • Maintain the sound risk management environment and proactively conduct the issue management by following the Branch’s policies
  • Monitor external and internal covenants and report breaches
  • Identify any loan deterioration and work with credit departments to proactively adjust credit ratings and/or asset classification accordingly
  • Perform post-disbursement reviews and prepare post-disbursement reports, actively monitor and manage transaction and customer risk, and ensure adequate precautions are undertaken to minimize credit risks, including monitoring and escalation of key credit developments of customers
  • Perform emerging risk assessment at account level
  • Work with Credit Analyst to perform timely and in-depth regular KYC and ad-hoc KYC reviews via the Actimize system
  • Report and follow up on non-performing facilities
  • Act as risk manager with the responsibility for identifying, acting on and escalating risks and are held strictly accountable for the failure to discharge the risk management duties
  • Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control in daily routine
  • Conduct the attestation on the quarterly FFIEC 002 reports based on the Branch’s request.
  • Record and keep client communication log, including but not limited to call notes, up to date
  • Maintain client relationship by understanding client feedback of bank products and services in order to offer satisfactory products and services to clients
  • Set up the business relationship development plan for the customers and achieve the decent over-all economic return on each client
  • Ensure timely delivery of clients’ feedback of bank products and services to internal departments and senior management and work internally to meet client needs
  • Arrange and coordinate visits to existing clients and prospects
  • Maintain a healthy and close business relationship with clients
  • Provide appropriate solution, products and services based on customer’s needs to improve customer engagement and enhance the cross-selling.
  • Implement the remediation requirement and cooperate with other departments/teams on the remediation work
  • Participate internal/external trainings to enhance the risk management
  • Provide feedback to related departments/teams about the progress and the questions raised from the remediation work, if any.
