Office Status: On-Site
Salary: Up to $215,000

Responsibilities:

  • Review all post-disbursement reviews reports developed by the RMS and analysts including credit rating analysis and loan classification, and send reviews to Credit Approval Department
  • Periodic review and report to the Head of Project Finance Team (in collaboration with the RMS) on portfolio performance, and proposals to achieve portfolio optimization, including proposals of upgrades/downgrades/watchlist and sales/purchases
  • Monitor portfolio as well as develop action plans for any problem loans in collaboration with RMS, CMD, and CAD
  • Review waiver, amendments, consents on portfolio with RMS and discuss with Credit Approval Department
  • Review monthly report by RMS on allocated portfolio, provide monthly report to CAD on material events on portfolio and prepare quarterly portfolio review for approval by the Head of Project Finance Team and for distribution
  • Support Head of PFT in white papers and business strategy setting by providing industry research and analysis
  • Perform due diligence analysis and negotiating financing documents
  • Review due diligence reports and liaise with consultants. Review, build and revise financial models for various transactions, conduct sensitivity tests, back tests and forecasting based on appropriate assumptions and framework
  • Prepare primary content for credit rating and credit line applications
  • Assist with Know Your Customer (“KYC”) due diligence in compliance with the bank’s requirements
