Since joining Madison-Davis in 2010, Jared has built the Compliance and AML Division, which manages requisitions for roles ranging from Compliance Analyst to Chief Compliance Officer, among other essential roles.
Prior to Madison-Davis, Jared spent 3 years at Execu-Search Group, recruiting for Compliance and Operations positions. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami. Jared Bukzin is the President of Madison-Davis and developed the Compliance and AML Division.
Zachary Flood is a Managing Partner at Madison-Davis, leading the Risk Management division and overseeing a team of specialized recruiters across both the Corporate & Investment Banking and Risk Management sectors. Since joining the firm in 2015, Zachary has built a specialized Risk Management department. His knowledge and expertise have been essential to the division’s growth. Additionally, Zachary plays a key role in Corporate & Investment Banking recruitment, leveraging his deep understanding of the sector to deliver top-tier talent. His drive to continuously learn and adapt to the ever-changing financial landscape is crucial to the success of his team and the satisfaction of his clients. Bill Solosy is a Managing Partner at Madison-Davis and has established the Temporary Staffing Practice for the firm. The Temporary Staffing practice consists of IT, Compliance & AML, Accounting & Finance, Risk Management, Administrative Services & HR recruitment within Financial and Fortune 500 Companies. Bill brings over 10 years of recruiting and client experience within Financial Services and Information Technology. Prior to Madison-Davis, Bill worked at Booz-Allen Hamilton and CDI Corp. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Georgia.
Zachary Plotkin is a Managing Partner in Madison-Davis’s Compliance & AML Practice Area, joining the firm in 2023. His expertise lies in providing staffing and workforce solutions to clients actively creating best-in-class compliance and financial crimes programs in the financial services, fintech, startup, crypto, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and health services industries. Zach has assisted clients in dealing with consent orders and enforcement actions by providing both executive recruitment and contingent labor for projects. He is an avid speaker with ACAMS, ACFCS, ABA, and the IAPP, among others. Zach is a master networker who can help individuals at all levels. He holds a BA from Ithaca College.
Sanjeev Menon is a Managing Partner in Madison-Davis’s Compliance & AML Practice Area, joining the firm in 2023. His expertise resides in providing staffing and workforce solutions to clients actively creating best-in-class compliance and financial crimes programs in the financial services, fintech, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and health services industries. Sanjeev has assisted clients in dealing with consent orders and enforcement actions by providing both executive recruitment and contingent labor for projects. He is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional and holds a SHRM-CP. Sanjeev stays abreast of the latest human resources and staffing trends, analyzing the ongoing evolution of the employment market. Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale staffing and recruiting teams, launch new business verticals and markets, and drive growth across recruiting, consulting, and workforce solutions organizations through client-focused leadership and technology-enabled innovation.

Ian Stewart is the Founder of Madison-Davis, LLC and serves as head of the Equipment Leasing/Commercial Finance Division within the company.
Ian has an exceptional understanding of specialized recruiting requirements and an in-depth knowledge of the demands of leadership roles. He has decades of experience in providing invaluable solutions to a multitude of domestic and international clients. His expertise in search and recruitment has played a pivotal role in Madison-Davis’s success within the Equipment Leasing and Finance sectors.
Prior to founding Madison-Davis, Ian was Division Manager for Wells Management Corporation in New York City and earned an MBA from George Washington University.
Gerard Giambalvo is the Co-Founder of Madison-Davis and head of the Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
Gerard spent his first years with Madison-Davis in the recruitment and placement sector of the Equipment Leasing/Commercial Finance Division. He pioneered the specialized Corporate & Investment Banking Division, and has since been responsible for new business development and recruitment in areas such as Investment Banking and Capital Markets across a wide range of industry product groups.
Prior to co-founding Madison-Davis, Gerard began his career with GE Credit Corporation and served with Wells Management for three years. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Fairfield University.
Christopher Byrnes is a Managing Director and Partner in the Corporate & Investment Banking Division of The Madison-Davis Group, Inc., an Executive Search Firm specializing in Financial Services. Chris joined Madison-Davis in 1989 to assist a Senior Partner in starting up and building a new division focusing in Investment Banking.
For the past 32 years, he has been responsible for new business development and recruiting in Investment Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking and Capital Markets in a wide range of Industry and Product Groups including: Private Placements, Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Finance, Securitization, Loan Syndications, Fixed Income Sales and Trading, Debt Capital Markets, Project Finance and the Industry coverage groups.
Prior to joining Madison-Davis, Chris spent nine years in Corporate & Investment Banking and Accounting after graduating from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Accounting in 1979. Chris continued a graduate program at Fordham University and completed his M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1989

Derek Chelednik is the Vice President and Executive Recruiter for Corporate & Investment Banking and Risk Management, specializing in the strategic placement of professionals throughout the United States, primarily within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Madison-Davis, Derek held several sales positions across multiple industries and served as a Human Intelligence Collector with the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army, conducting military intelligence operations. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Johnson and Wales University, an Associate’s degree in Military Intelligence and Operations from Cochise College, and a second Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western Connecticut State University.
Alex Roberto leads Business Development for the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and Risk Management verticals at Madison-Davis. Previously, Alex dedicated 20 years to the banking industry in leadership roles at Capital One and Bank of America, successfully leading large organizations across various Lines of Business. His expertise includes Business Development, Strategy and Operations, Credit, Compliance, and Risk Management. Alex earned his BBA in Business Management from Hofstra University and resides on Long Island with his wife and two children. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
Joshua Kleinman is a Vice President with Madison-Davis’s Equipment Leasing/Commercial Finance division. Since joining Madison-Davis in 2012, Joshua has leveraged his financial, technical, and business development acumen to help increase the firm’s national industry-leading presence across the commercial lending landscape. Joshua plays an integral role in building, maintaining, and managing long-term client and candidate relationships for Madison-Davis and throughout the Equipment Leasing and Commercial Finance sectors. Prior to joining Madison-Davis, Joshua was Partner and Lead Technical Recruiter with Pathfinders Staffing, following a six-year tenure in the Asset Management and Hedge Fund spaces.
Nicky Gross is the Managing Director at Madison-Davis, leading the Equipment Leasing & Finance Division. With many years of recruiting experience in Commercial Finance, Nicky possesses a wealth of industry knowledge and a keen understanding of client needs. Since assuming leadership of the division in 2023, Nicky has been instrumental in driving business growth and overseeing recruitment efforts across the U.S. and Canada, specializing in equipment finance, asset-based lending (ABL), and commercial and industrial (C&I) lending.
Her expertise spans all key disciplines within these areas, allowing her to build strong, strategic partnerships with clients.
Sam Freundlich is a Managing Director & Head of Delivery within the Compliance and AML Division of Madison Davis.
Sam joined Madison Davis in January 2017 as an Associate Recruiter. After 2.5 years of proving himself successful in the candidate recruitment lifecycle process, he was promoted to Vice President in July 2019. In October 2021, after the successful development, maintenance and growth of his client base, as well as effectively managing a team, Sam was promoted to Director. Sam has placed candidates ranging from entry level Analysts to CCO’s and BSA Officers, as well as excels in maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
Prior to joining Madison Davis, Sam began his career with NJHPDI, serving as the Strategic Development Coordinator before being promoted to Director of Operations, which included overseeing internal recruitment, hiring and onboarding. Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education & History from the University of Rhode Island.
When Sam isn’t recruiting, he along with his wife and son are avid winter sports enthusiasts (skiing and snowboarding) and in the summer, you can find him and his family enjoying pool barbeques.
Kelsey Jackson is a Managing Director at Madison-Davis, leading the Professional Services division. She specializes in providing temporary and permanent administrative staffing support, offering skilled professionals in roles including Talent Acquisition, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Human Resources, Legal Support, Customer Service Representatives, Office Management, Data Entry, Property Management, and Healthcare. With a focus on matching top talent to key administrative roles, Kelsey ensures businesses find the right fit for their needs. Prior to Madison-Davis, Kelsey spent nearly a decade at Robert Half in recruiting and business development within Administrative, Human Resources, Customer Service, and Accounting and Finance fields. She is skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with clients across various industries, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique staffing needs and delivering tailored administrative solutions. Kelsey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Parsons, The New School for Design.
