A leading investment management organization is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery across a range of technology initiatives spanning data, application development, and infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with strategic priorities.

This is a high-visibility position working closely with senior stakeholders, including technology leadership, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while driving measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Tackle

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across data, software, and infrastructure domains
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and success criteria
  • Drive requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities across teams
  • Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Oversee UAT processes and ensure business validation of solutions
  • Produce clear documentation, status updates, and executive reporting
  • Act as a central liaison between technical teams and business units

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of project management experience within financial services
  • Experience in asset management or management consulting environments
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Ability to operate across diverse technology areas (data, applications, infrastructure)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Visio, DevOps platforms)
  • Exposure to budgeting and financial tracking
