This role will partner closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise systems. This is an opportunity for a senior infrastructure engineer to take ownership of core platforms while helping shape long-term technology strategy.

What You’ll Tackle

• Design and maintain enterprise infrastructure supporting critical business applications

• Engineer and optimize Windows Server environments across development, test, and production

• Support Citrix environments including VDI, application delivery, and remote access infrastructure

• Manage hybrid cloud workloads across Azure and AWS

• Maintain VMware virtualization platforms and enterprise compute environments

• Implement infrastructure security controls and identity authentication systems

• Collaborate with technology teams on new system deployments and architecture improvements

• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity utilization, and system performance

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering

• Deep experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments

• Strong Citrix platform expertise (Delivery Controller, PVS, StoreFront, NetScaler)

• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments across Azure and/or AWS

• VMware virtualization experience in enterprise production environments

• Familiarity with identity systems and authentication protocols (SAML, MFA, Kerberos)

• PowerShell scripting or automation experience

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

• Experience supporting infrastructure in highly regulated environments preferred

• Citrix Cloud experience

• Microsoft Defender or endpoint security platforms

• Azure governance tools and cloud security frameworks

• Infrastructure as Code or automation frameworks

• Experience supporting financial or trading platforms
